Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchases! Thryn Boutique gladly accepts returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective pieces for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase. Tags must be attached to make a return or exchange with Thryn Boutique. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out the Returns & Exchanges Form on the bottom of THRYN Boutique’s website within 30 days of your original purchase. 

Exchange: If you are looking to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify your preferred replacement item in your return request. We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item. 

Store Credit: If you choose store credit, it will be issued in the form of a gift card and sent to your email address. You can use this credit for future purchases at Thryn Boutique In store or Online.
